On 2 January 2026, IHG changed the currency in which its Ordinary Shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange from British Pounds (GBP) to US Dollars (USD). Following this change, the London Stock Exchange adjusted all historic share price data by applying 1 January 2026's conversion rate of 1 USD : 0.742968 GBP. This rate was applied to its database after 21:30 UK Time on 1 January 2026. Other platforms, such as Bloomberg, restated historic data by converting historic closing prices to corresponding historic daily GBP/USD exchange rates.
All data in the chart above is provided by Millistream - pre 02/01/26 prices previously denoted in GBP have been translated using an FX rate of 1 USD: 0.742968 GBP. The file

shows the historic price of IHG's Ordinary Shares in British Pence (GBp) and in GBP, together with the corresponding value in USD determined by reference to (i) the daily GBP/USD exchange rate and (ii) the GBP/USD exchange rate as at 1 January 2026 as applied by the London Stock Exchange.
